Wow today is cool and raw outside. The horse in the pasture is so happy he is running and kicking his back end up high. As I look from my kitchen window I can see the clouds rolling in. So I said to myself ok Jamie this is going to be a creative cook day for something warm and comforting to sit and sip on. I am trying to behave with the white carbs so this is very different type of beef stew and so very kicking good with heat. Loaded in healthy vegies and some lean sirloin cut into beef stew. Try , it is very feeling.
