These are quick, easy and very filling! You could also substitute sausage for the beef to make a nice breakfast jackpot. My husband loves these!

Ingredients For jackpots

  • 1 lb
    ground beef
  • 1/2 c
    barbeque sauce
  • 1 sm
    onion
  • 2 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1 can
    buttermilk biscuits
  • 3/4 c
    shredded cheddar cheese

How To Make jackpots

  • 1
    Preheat oven to 400 deg. Brown ground beef with onions. Add barbecue sauce and brown sugar, set aside.

    Separate biscuit dough into 10 biscuits. Place each biscuit into a muffin cup.

    Spoon meat mixtuire over biscuits. Sprinkle with cheese and Bake for 10-15 minutes or until crust is brown.
