Ingredients For italiano meat pie

1 lblean ground beef
-
1/3 cgreen pepper, chopped

3/4 cwater
-
6 oztomato paste
-
1 pkgspaghetti sauce mix, 1 1/2 ounces

1pie crust shell
-
1/3 cgrated parmesan cheese
-
1.5 cmozzarella cheese, grated
How To Make italiano meat pie

1Preheat oven to 400.
-
2Brown beef in large skillet.

3Drain.

4Add green pepper and cook 2 minutes.

5Stir in water, tomato paste and spaghetti sauce mix.

6Cover and simmer 10 minutes.

7Sprinkle half of the parmesan cheese over bottom of pie shell.

8Spread half meat mixture in pie shell.

9Sprinkle 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese over MEAT.

10Layer remaining meat and parmesan cheese.

11Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.

12Sprinkle top with remaining mozzarella cheese.

13Return to oven until cheese melts and browns.
