Ingredients For italian style quiche from mom marcon's kitchen

1/2 lblean ground beef, or a little more

1 cchopped onion

1 clovegarlic, chopped

1 pkgfrozen chopped spinach, thawed, 10 oz

3 ccooked rice
-
1 cgrated jack cheese

4eggs, beaten

3/4 cmilk

1 Tbspsalt

1/2 tsppepper

1 cantomato sauce, 15 oz
-
1/2 tspeach, basil, oregano and pepper (pepper is optional)

1 tspgarlic salt

1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How To Make italian style quiche from mom marcon's kitchen

1Saute beef, onion and garlic until meat loses its red color. Add spinach, rice and jack cheese.Mix well, Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Stir into rice/meat mixture. Turn into greased shallow 2 quart casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until set. Meanwhile, blend tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer about 5 minutes. Cut quiche into squares and serve topped with tomato sauce and Parmesan cheese. Source: My Mom and My Old Recipes
