Ingredients For italian steaks

1egg
-
1/2 citalian seasoned bread crumbs

1/2 tspdried basil
-
1/2 tspdried oregano
-
1 or 2 clovegarlic, minced

1/2 tspsalt
-
1/8 tsppepper
-
1 lbbeef sirloin steak, boneless
-
1 Tbspolive oil
-
1 cpizza sauce
-
1/4 to 1/2 cshredded parmesan, romano, & asiago cheese blend
How To Make italian steaks

1In a shallow bowl, whisk egg. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, basil, oregano, salt and pepper.

2Cut the steak into four pieces; dip each piece in egg, then coat with bread crumb mixture.

3In a large skillet, cook steaks in oil for 5 minutes on each side. Add garlic and cover; continue cooking over low heat for 20 minutes.

4Meanwhile, heat sauce in a small saucepan. Spoon over steaks; sprinkle with cheese and serve.
