Ingredients For italian sloppy joes

2 Tbspolive oil

1 lbground beef

1 mdonion chopped

4 clovegarlic minced

1 lgportobello mushroom cap small dice

1/2 cred wine

1 Tbspbetter than beef bouillon

28 ozcan crushed tomatoes

1 cfresh basil leaves chopped

1/2 cshredded parmesan cheese

fresh mozzarella cheese cut into 8 pieces

How To Make italian sloppy joes

1Add oil to a large skillet. Add the beef, onions, and garlic and cook breaking up meat unitl meat is no longer pink. Add the mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes. Add the red wine and cook until reduced by half.

2Add the beef bouillion and the tomatoes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and let simmer until thickened. Stir in the basil.

3Place a spoon full on each bun topping with Parmesan and Mozzarrella and serve.
