Ingredients For italian meatloaf

  • 11/2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 lb
    italian sausage, no casings, hot or mild
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs
  • 1/3 c
    parmesan cheese
  • 1 Tbsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 c
    tomato sauce, divided
  • 1
    onion, small to medium
  • 1/2 c
    green bell pepper
  • 1
    egg

How To Make italian meatloaf

  • 1
    Combine meats, bread crumbs, cheese, seasoning, 3/4 c. Of sauce, onions, and peppers.

    Place in 9x5 loaf pan and bake for 1 hour at 350'.

    Once done, pour remaining sauce on top and bake for another ten minutes.
