Ingredients For italian meatloaf

2 lblean ground beef

8 ozmozzarella cheese, grated

1/2 lbboiled ham, thinly sliced

1 cpizza sauce

1clove garlic, minced

1 tsporegano

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 tspsalt

1bell pepper, chopped

1 mdonion, chopped

2eggs, beaten

1 1/2 ccracker crumbs

1 lbitalian sausage

1 canmushrooms (8 ounces), drained
How To Make italian meatloaf

1Mix first eleven ingredients together.

2Reserve 1/4 cup pizza sauce.

3On a large sheet of wax paper, pat meat into a 10 x 13\" rectangle.

4Arrange ham on top of meat mixture, leaving a small margin.

5Spread mushrooms over ham.

6Sprinkle cheese over all.

7Reserve small amount of cheese.

8Start at 10\" size and roll meat like a jelly roll.

9Use wax paper to lift.

10When rolled tightly, seal edges.

11Place seam side down in a 9 x 13\" pan.

12Brush with reserved pizza sauce.

13Bake 1 1/4 hours at 375 degrees, 10 minutes.

14Before done, sprinkle reserved cheese over and finish baking.
