My son loves meatballs...has to have them with his spaghetti! These are excellent meatballs and go well with pasta or by themselves as he would tell you!!

Ingredients For italian meatballs

1 lblean ground beef
-
1/2 lbground pork
-
1/3 cdry bread crumbs

4 clovegarlic, minced
-
2eggs, lightly beaten
-
2green onions, minced
-
1 smyellow onion, diced
-
3 Tbspgrated parmesan cheese
-
3 Tbspgrated romano cheese
-
3 Tbspminced fresh parsley
-
3 Tbspminced fresh basil
-
salt and pepper to own specific tastes

1 colive oil
How To Make italian meatballs

1Preheat oven to 400.

2Roll the mixture into 1 1/2" balls.

3Pour olive oil on shallow baking pan and place meatballs on top; swirl pan around to coat meatballs in oil.

4Bake meatballs for about 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown, but not cooked completely through. (unless eating by themselves)

5Remove meatballs from oil, drain on paper towels and stir into favorite pasta sauce.
