Ingredients For italian meatball

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1/2 lb
    italian sausage, hot
  • 2 lg
    egg
  • 1 c
    bread crumbs, fresh
  • 2 tsp
    garlic minced
  • 2 Tbsp
    onion minced
  • 1/3 c
    parsley chopped
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese grated
  • 2 Tbsp
    sun dried tomatoes in oil chopped
  • 1 tsp
    salt
  • 2 tsp
    basil fresh
  • 1 tsp
    ground pepper

How To Make italian meatball

  • 1
    mix until well blended. shape into 1 1/2 inch balls
  • 2
    heat 2 tbsp oil, brown the meat balls, 5-7 minutes Or roast meatballs in a preheated 450 oven about 10 minutes Or you can simmer them in a tomato sauce
