Ingredients For italian beef sandwiches

  • 3-4 lb
    beef roast
  • 2 pkg
    good seasons {dry} italian dressing mix
  • 12 oz
    your chioce of liquid; water, beer,pepperocini juice
  • 1 can
    mushrooms [ optional}
  • 1 jar
    pepperoncini peppers{optinal]

How To Make italian beef sandwiches

  • 1
    Place roast in crock pot with liquid, seasoning mix and mushrooms and Pepperocini Peppers if using.Cook on low for 14 hrs.

    Take roast out and shred with forks.Place meat back in crock pot and stir.

    Place desired amount of meat on a hoagie roll.Can keep left overs in fridge for up to three days otherwise freeze left overs.
