Ingredients For italian beef sandwiches

4-6 lbbeef rump roast

2-4 clovegarlic

2 lgonions, chopped

4beef bouillon, cubes, melted in 1 cup hot water

2 lggreen peppers sliced in thin strips

1 cjuice from mild banana peppers

1 tspsalt

1 tspeverglade seasoning

1 tspaccent

1 tspitalian seasoning

1 tspfennel seeds

1/2 tsporegano, dried

1/2 tspbasil, dried

1bay leaf

8-10hard bread rolls

12-16 sliceprovolone cheese
How To Make italian beef sandwiches

1Place all ingredients except green peppers in crock pot on high for 5 hours. After 5 hours add green peppers, cook for 3 more hours. After 8 hours shred beef with two forks. Place two slices of provolone cheese on hard bread roll and place under broiler for a few seconds, ( will burn very easily ). After heated and cheese is melted place desired amount of meat on cheese put banana peppers on top and enjoy.

2can brush hard bread rolls with butter before placing under broiler.
