Ingredients For italian beef

  • 4 lb
    chuck roast
  • 5 c
    water
  • 5
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 2 tsp
    oregano
  • 2 tsp
    paprika
  • 2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 4
    bay leaves
  • salt and pepper

How To Make italian beef

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in crock pot and simmer all day.
  • 2
    Pull roast apart using 2 forks (make sure to remove bones and fat and bay leaves).
  • 3
    Serve on french rolls, bratwurst buns, or any other type of roll or bun. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and/or pepper rings.
