My family LOVES this beef recipe. I always make 2 roasts and freeze it for later, but it never lasts that long!!!

3-4 lbbeef chuck roast

1 cpepperchinis or banana peppers

1/2 cwhite vinegar

4-6beef bouillon, cubes

1 pkgdry italian salad dressing (hidden valley)

1 pkground crusty rolls
How To Make italian beef

1Place all ingredients in a crock pot. Slow cook for 8 hours. Break apart when roast cooks. Serve on rolls with provolone cheese slices

2If you like a little spice, use pepperchinis. My family likes banana peppers so there is a little tang to it.
