This is a new recipe that my Neice gave me to try. She has 6 children and they all love it, sounds good. I think I will try it for Meet & Eat at church on the last Wednesday night of the month.

Ingredients For inside-out brussel sprouts

  • 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 1/2 c
    uncooked instant rice
  • 1
    onion (chopped)
  • 2 lg
    eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    black pepper
  • 1 - 10 oz. pkg
    frozen brussel sprouts
  • 2 - 15 oz. can
    tomato sauce
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 tsp
    thyme, dried

How To Make inside-out brussel sprouts

  • 1
    Mix first 6 ingredents, take about 1/4 cup of mixture and form around frozen brussel sprout place in a baking dish, continue until all is used and mix tomato sauce, water & thyme and pour over meatballs and cover with tin foil and bake at 350 for 1 hr.
