1 1/2 tspsalt

1 1/2 tspcorn oil

vegetable shortening for frying

2 lbground beef or ground deer

salt and pepper to taste

1 cupcook onions in ground beef

How To Make indian tacos,

1flour,baking powder,salt together into a bowl.Using a wooden spoon,stir in the1 1/2 tsp of oil and enough lukewarm water to make a soft dough.turn out dough onto a floured board and dust your hands with flour.knead dough until it has some spring,about 5 min

3Add oil for frying to a depth of 2 inches in a heavy skillet.heat oil to a temperature of 350 degrees.fry bread rounds,1 or 2 at a time,turning each one once,until they are puffy and golden, about 4 min total.
