I serve this all the time at get togethers, everyone loves it, theres never any left. yuo can also add a bit of hot sauce or a hot pepper to the dish if you prefer spicy.

Ingredients For hot tortilla dip

  • 1 lb
    lean ground beef
  • 2/3 c
    chopped onion
  • 1/2 c
    chopped green pepper
  • 3 to 4 clove
    minced garlic
  • 1- 8 oz can
    tomato sauce
  • 1/4 c
    ketshup
  • 1 tsp
    sugar
  • 3/4 tsp
    dried oregeno
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 8 oz
    creamed cheese
  • 1/4 c
    grated parmesean cheese
  • 2 c
    grated cheedar cheese
  • tortilla chips

How To Make hot tortilla dip

  • 1
    in a large skillet, cook beef, onion, green pepper, and garlic until meat is browned. Add tomato sauce, ketchup,sugar,oregano,and pepper, simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in the cheeses until melted. Transfer to a fondue pot or chafing dish; serve warm with tortilla chips
