Ingredients For hot roast beef and cheese sandwich

  • 1 lb
    deli roast beef
  • 1
    chopped onion
  • 1
    chopped bell pepper
  • 4 Tbsp
    butter or margarine
  • 1 c
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 c
    sargentos 3 cheese blend
  • 4 Tbsp
    dales sauce or moores marinade
  • hoagie rolls

How To Make hot roast beef and cheese sandwich

  • 1
    saute onion and bell pepper in butter until soft then add 2 Tbs dales sauce. Chop roast beef and add to onion mixture and heat until roast beef is hot. Add remaining 2 tbs dales sauce. Turn off heat and sprinkle cheese on top. Cover until cheese melts. Serve on hoagie rolls
