    boneless round steak
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/2 tsp
    pepper
  • 1/4 c
    vegetable oil
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1/4 c
    prepared horseradish

How To Make horseradish steak

  • 1
    Trim excess fat off meat, cut into serving size pieces. Combine flour, salt and pepper. Dredge steak in flour mixture. Brown in hot oil, add water Top each piece of steak wiyh horseradish, cover, reduce hrat, and simmer 45 minutes, or until tendr. Makes 4 servings.
