Ingredients For horseradish meatloaf

2 lbground beef or turkey

3/4 cuncooked old-fashioned regular oatmeal

1large onion (or i like dried minced onion)

1/2 cketchup

1/4 cmilk
-
2large eggs

1 Tbspprepared horseradish

1-1/2 tspsalt

1/2 tsppepper
-
1/2 cketchup

1 Tbspprepared horseradish

2 tspspicy brown mustard
How To Make horseradish meatloaf

1COMBINE first 9 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well. Form meat mixture into a loaf and place in 9x5 inch loaf pan.

2COMBINE 1/2 cup ketchup, brown sugar, 1 Tablespoon horseradish, and mustard in a small bowl, stirring well. Spoon half of ketchup mixture over top of meat loaf. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees, for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Spoon remaining ketchup mixture over meat loaf, and bake 10 more minutes. Remove to a serving platter.
