4 tspmccormick montreal seasoning

1 Tbspdijon mustard
-
1 Tbspcreamy horseradish
-
1 tspdried italian herbs
-
2-1/2 lblondon broil steak, 1"-thick

sliced scallions for garnish
How To Make horseradish-dijon london broil

1Position broiler rack so that top of meat in pan is 4" from heat. Preheat broiler.

2In bowl, combine the montreal seasonings, mustard, horseradish and italian herbs, rub over both sides of steak.

3Place steak in broiler pan and broil, turning once, for 8-10 mins, or until medium rare. Sprinkle w/ scallions before serving.
