Ingredients For horseradish-dijon london broil

  • 4 tsp
    mccormick montreal seasoning
  • 1 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 1 Tbsp
    creamy horseradish
  • 1 tsp
    dried italian herbs
  • 2-1/2 lb
    london broil steak, 1"-thick
  • sliced scallions for garnish

How To Make horseradish-dijon london broil

  • 1
    Position broiler rack so that top of meat in pan is 4" from heat. Preheat broiler.

    In bowl, combine the montreal seasonings, mustard, horseradish and italian herbs, rub over both sides of steak.
  • 3
    Place steak in broiler pan and broil, turning once, for 8-10 mins, or until medium rare. Sprinkle w/ scallions before serving.
