Ingredients For homemade hotdog chili

1-2 lbground chuck or ground round

1 can6 oz tomato paste

1/2 cdiced onion

1 Tbspminced garlic

4 Tbspchili powder

1 Tbspparsley flakes
How To Make homemade hotdog chili

1Brown meat in a large skillet. Drain off the fat and transfer meat to a medium sauce pan.

2Add tomato paste and using the can, add one can of water. Stir until well mixed. Add the rest of the ingredients and stir again. Cover and simmer on low for about 30 minutes.

3Serve on hotdogs, hamburgers (chili burgers)

4For chili beans -- add two cans of red kidney beans.
