3 Tbspflour

2 1/2 Tbspchille powder

1 1/2 cwater

1 8 oztomato sauce

1/8 tspground cumin

1/8 tspgarlic powder

1/8 tspsalt

1/8 tsppepper

dashpaprika
- LAYER CORN TORTILLAS WITH

pkgcorn tortillas

1/2 to 1 lbhamburger, browned (depending on the amount of people your serving.

1 smto medium onion (chopped)

1 8 ozeach cheddar, and mozzarella cheese
- SIDES

lettuce, sour cream, salsa, tomatoes, or any other sides you like.
How To Make home made enchiladas

1In medium sauce pan, on medium heat add oil, flour, and chille powder. Start to add water mix well.

2Add tomato sauce, cumin, garlic powder, salt, pepper, & paprika, mix well lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes. remove from heat

3On a plate lay a tortilla spread about 2 tablespoons of the sauce, layer the beef,onions, cheddar, & mozzarella cheeses. Repeat as many layers as you like.

4Place in microwave, heat for 1 minute or until cheese is melted. add sides and enjoy.
