Ingredients For holiday roast beef

3 lbbeef top sirloin roast

1 Tbspground black pepper

1/2 Tbspground cumin

1 Tbspsea salt

1 Tbspgarlic salt

3 Tbspsweet hungarian paprika

1/2 Tbsponion powder
-
1/2 Tbspground cayenne pepper

1/2 Tbspred chili pepper flakes

1/4 colive oil, light
How To Make holiday roast beef

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix spices in small bowl and add olive oil. Let sit for 15 minutes. Rub outside of roast well with spice mixture and place on baking rack in roasting pan. Do not cover.

2Bake at 350 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Turn oven off, remove roast, and let rest for 20 minutes. Carve in thin slices and serve with au jus and prepared horseradish mixed with sour cream. Delicious !
