1 cred currant jelly

1/2 choisin sauce

romaine or bibb lettuce leaves
How To Make hoisin mixed meat lettuce wraps

1Place the meats in a large skillet. Add the garlic, ginger, hoisin sauce and green onion. Cook until no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2In a separate pan add the sauce ingredients and cook until the jelly is melted.

3Mix the meat into the sauce. Serve on lettuce leaves and garnish with cilantro.
