Ingredients For hobo-sacks

2 lbground beef

4 cbaby carrots

4 cpotatoes cubed

1 smonion sliced

1 dashblack pepper

1 dashsalt
How To Make hobo-sacks

1Preheat oven to 350. Get a sheet about 12"x12" and lay it out on the counter.

2Divide your meat into 1/4 lb sections like you were making hamburger patties. Lay meat in center of foil. Arrange potatoes and carrots arround meat. Add a slice of onion on top and sprinle with salt and pepper.

3When you are finished. Grap onto all 4 corners of foil and squeese together forming a tent or "Hobo-Sack"

4Place in the oven on the rack or on a cookie sheet and cook for about an hour to hour and 20mins.
