1/3 conion, finely chopped

1 lbground beef

1/2 lbground veal

1/4 lbpork sausage

1/4 tspallspice

1/4 tspmace

1/4 tspnutmeg

2eggs, beaten

hot pepper sauce to taste

3/4 cbread crumbs

2 tspdijon mustard

1 tspchili sauce

How To Make herbed spinach loaf

1Cook spinach in butter and drain

2Saute onions, shallot and garlic in oil

3Add spinach. Cook until water evaporates.

4Combine rest of ingredients and bake 1 hour (glaze often)

5Last 15 minutes top with cheese.
