Ingredients For hamburger stew

3 lblean ground beef

2 lgonions,chopped

1 (46 oz.) bottletomato juice or vegetable juice cocktail

1 qtchicken stock or broth; more if needed

6 mdpotatoes,diced

2 csliced carrots
-
2 cfrozen lima beans
-
4 clovegarlic,minced
-
2-3 tspseasoned salt ( lawry's recommended)

1 tspdried italian seasoning
-
1 tspac'cent,optional
-
1 tspkosher salt
-
1/2 tspfreshly ground black pepper,or to taste

1-2bay leaves
-
2 celbow macaroni, cooked
-
1 candiced tomatoes,with juice
-
1 canlight kidney beans,drained and rinsed

1 candark kidney beans,drained and rinsed

1 cangreen beans,drained
-
1 canwhole kernel corn,drained

1/4 cchopped fresh parsley,optional

1/4 csoy sauce
How To Make hamburger stew

1In a large skillet,brown ground beef and onions until crumbly and no longer pink;drain grease.

2In a large stock pot,add meat mixture and remaining ingredients except for the cooked macaroni,kidney beans,green beans and parsley.

3Bring to a low boil over medium-high heat.Reduce heat to low,cover, and simmer for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender;stirring often to prevent sticking.

4Add remaining ingredients and heat through.
