Ingredients For healthy taco salad

6 cromaine lettuce chopped

1 lb93% lean ground beef

1 pkg1.75 oz pkg low sodium taco seasoning

1/2 ccooked black beans
-
1 lgtomato
-
1 ozcorn - canned or frozen either one works

1/2 conion

2 ozlow fat shredded cheddar cheese

2 Tbsplow fat ranch dressing

salsa - as much as you want
How To Make healthy taco salad

1In a pan over medium heat brown ground beef. Drain fat. Add taco seasoning packet.

2Dice tomato and mince onion and add to the ground beef.

3Once the onion is tender add the corn and black beans and cook a few minutes until everything is throughly heated.

4Top Romaine lettuce with beef mixture and salsa and salad dressing and shredded cheese and enjoy!
