Ingredients For healthy hamburger

1/4 cplain, nonfat yogurt

20 slicecucumber

4lettuce leaves

1 Tbspginger, finely grated

1garlic cloves, crushed
-
1/4 ccilantro, chopped

1/4 cgreen onions, chopped

1 lblow fat ground beef
-
1/2 tspcumin, ground
-
1/4 cfeta cheese, crumbled

1 Tbspplain, nonfat yogurt

4onion rolls, split and toasted
How To Make healthy hamburger

1In a small bowl combine yogurt, cheese and cumin; blend with fork until cheese is finely crumbled.

2Cover and chill at least 1 hour.

3Combine beef and next 4 ingredients, mixing well.

4Shape into 4 patties.

5Cook in non stick skillet, or grill 3 inches from heat for 6-7 minutes on each side or until meat and juices are no longer pink, drain on paper towels.

6Place lettuce leaf, 5 slices of cucumber and beef patty on each roll half.

7Top with 2 tablespoons yogurt mixture and remaining half roll.

8Serves 4.
