Ingredients For harvest pot roast

1onion, sliced

2carrots, sliced into 1"-pieces

12 ozfresh mushrooms, quartered

4 tspminced garlic
-
114.5 oz can diced tomatoes, drained

1 cketchup
-
2 Tbspdijon mustard
-
2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
13 lb chuck roast

1/4 tspsalt & pepper
How To Make harvest pot roast

1In slow cooker, combine onions, carrots, mushrooms, garlic and tomatoes. In small bowl, combine ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce.

2Pour 1/2 the ketchup mix over veggies in cooker. Place roast on top. Sprinkle w/ salt and pepper. Spoon remaining ketchup mix over roast. Cover, cook about 7 hrs, or until very tender.
