Ingredients For hamburger stroganoff

1 1/2 lblean ground beef

1/2 conion, chopped
-
2 Tbspbutter or margarine

2 Tbspall purpose flour

1/2 tspsalt

1garlic clove, minced

1/4 tsppepper
-
1 can(4 ounces)mushroom pieces and stems,drained

1 can(10-3/4ounces)condensed cream of chicken soup,undiluted

1 csour cream
- POPPY SEED NOODLES:

8 ozwide noodles,cooked and drained

2 tsppoppy seed
-
1 Tbspbutter or margarine,melted

chopped fresh parsley
How To Make hamburger stroganoff

1In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion in butter until the beef is browned and the onion is tender. Stir in flour,salt,garlic,pepper and mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Stir in soup; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in sour cream; heat through, but do not boil. Meanwhile,combine noodles,poppy seed, and butter; toss lightly. Spoon stroganoff over noodles. Garnish with parsley.
