Ingredients For hamburger steak

    ground beef
  • 1
    egg, well beaten
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1 dash
    black pepper
  • 1
    onion, minced
  • 1/4 c
    bread crumbs
  • butter, for frying

How To Make hamburger steak

    Mix all ingredients (except butter) in order given and shape into round patties.

    Fry in butter until nicely browned.
