When my kids were little they would ask for "that hamburger thing you make" and I knew this was what they wanted. Imagine kids actually wanting to eat spinach! Simple and quick I usually serve it with buttered noodles. You can also vary the meat(chicken,turkey) and cream soup flavor to your liking.

Ingredients For hamburger spinach casserole

  • 1 1/2- 2 lb
    ground beef
  • 1 pkg
    frozen spinach chopped
  • 1 can
    cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 can
    french fried onions

How To Make hamburger spinach casserole

  • 1
    Brown beef in saute pan, drain fat
  • 2
    Add frozen spinach cover cook until spinach thaws stirring occasionally
  • 3
    Add soup and cheese continue to cook until cheese melts
  • 4
    Put mixture into a casserole dish top with french fried onions and bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until onions brown.
