Ingredients For hamburger sauce

  • 1 lb
    hamburger
  • 1 3/4 c
    beef stock, divided
  • 1 md
    onion, diced
  • 4 clove
    garlic, minced
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    corn starch

How To Make hamburger sauce

  • 1
    Place the hamburger in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the hamburger is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.

    Pour in 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth. Bring to a boil.

    Mix the corn starch with the remaining beef stock.
  • 4
    Stir into the burger mixture and cook until thickened.
  • 5
    Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
