1 3/4 cbeef stock, divided

1 mdonion, diced

4 clovegarlic, minced

2 Tbspcorn starch
How To Make hamburger sauce

1Place the hamburger in a saucepan. Add the onion and garlic and cook until the hamburger is no longer pink. Season with salt and pepper.

2Pour in 1 1/2 cups of the beef broth. Bring to a boil.

3Mix the corn starch with the remaining beef stock.

4Stir into the burger mixture and cook until thickened.

5Serve over pasta, mashed potatoes, or rice.
