My mother-in-law made this and I had to have the recipe. My kids love it. It's hard to stop eating it, it's so good.

Ingredients For hamburger casserole

8hamburger patties

1 pkgbaby carrots

1 smbag of potatoes

1 pkgcelery stalks

1 lgcan of cream of mushroom soup
How To Make hamburger casserole

1Preheat oven to 350

2cut up celery and potatoes and put in a large bowl, add the baby carrots and mix them.

3Place 4 hamburger patties in the bottom of a large roaster pan, add salt and pepper. Add a layer of the vegetables on top of burgers. Then make another layer of same ingredients. Cover final layer with cream of mushroom soup. The mushroom soup will make its way to second layer when baking.

4cover and bake for 1 1/2hrs or until veggies are tender and meat is done.
