Ingredients For hambugar soup

  • 1 1/2 lb
    ground chuck
  • 1 md
    onion finley chopped
  • 1 tsp
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    steak sauce
  • 1 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    creole seasoning ( i use tony's)
  • 3
    beef bouillon, cubes
  • 1 can
    whole kernel corn ( drained an rinsed)
  • 1 can
    mixed vegetables (or frozen)
  • 4 c
    small diced potatoes
  • 3 c
    water
  • 16 oz
    v-8 juice

How To Make hambugar soup

  • 1
    Brown ground chuck w/onion,add garlic,beef bouillon cubes,steak sauce,creole seasoning,italian seasoning,mixed vegetables(drained and rinsed)corn,add water an potatoes,bring to boil then turn down to med heat, cook uncovered until potatoes are done.When ready to serve heat soup to boiling,turn down add V-8 juice let simmer for 5 min.until hot DO NOT BRING TO BOIL AFTER ADDING V-8 JUICE.
