1 can14-oz can beef broth

1/4 clow-sodium soy sauce

3cloves garlic, minced

1 tspground cumin

1 tspchili powder

1/2 tspground red pepper

1 lbbeef flank steak

3 mdbell peppers, seeded and cut lengthwise into quarters (red, yellow, green)

1 lgonion, cut into strips

86-8 inch flour tortillas

How To Make guadalajara beef

1Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic, cumin, chili powder and ground red pepper in a resealable plastic food storage bag; knead bag to combine. Add beef and seal. Refrigerate up to 24 hours, turning occasionally.

2Remove beef from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Grill beef over hot coals 7 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Grill bell peppers and onions 7-10 minutes or until tender, turning once.

3Slice beef and serve with bell peppers, onions, tortillas, sour cream and salsa.
