I made this one day when I was in a hurry. This is easy and quick. It can be served with rice, mashed potatoes or just bread. Your choice. My family loved it. I hope you do too. Have a Yummy Day!

Ingredients For ground beef and gravy

  • 1 lb
    ground chuck, cooked and drained
  • 1 pkg
    brown gravy mix
  • 1 sm
    onion, chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, chopped
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2
    green bell pepper, chopped

How To Make ground beef and gravy

  • 1
    Cook ground beef, onions, peppers till almost done then add garlic. Cook till ground beef is done and drain any grease off. Leave ground beef mixture in pan and add gravy mix as instructed on package.

    Cook till gravy thickens and add salt and pepper.

    You can serve this with mashed potatoes, rice, or bread of your choice.
