Ingredients For grilled round steak, mom

  • top round steak, 1 1/2 inches thick
  • 1/2 c
    pineapple
  • 1/3 c
    soy sauce
  • 1 clove
    garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp
    powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp
    ginger

How To Make grilled round steak, mom

  • 1
    Pound and tenderize meat, let stand 15 min. Combine remaining and marinate at least 2 hours. Grill, then slice on the diagonal.
