Ingredients For grilled ribeyes

  • 2
    ribeye steaks
  • 1/3 c
    moore’s original
  • 1/3 c
    lea & perrins

How To Make grilled ribeyes

  • 1
    I pour the lea & perrins and Moore’s over my two ribeyes in zip lock bag. I then place the ribeyes on the countertop to come to room temperature.

    Then I place my charcoal to one side of the grill. Light and let it ash over.

    Once I place my steaks on the grill I allow them to cook for at least 4 minutes then flip and cook another 4 minutes. In order to get a sear allow the steak to for the whole 4 minutes. My steaks come out medium well.
