Ingredients For grilled ribeyes with horseradish garlic butter sau

4. 10-12 ozribeye steaks

1/4 colive oil

2 Tbspkosher salt
-
2 Tbspfreshly ground pepper

2 Tbspgarlic powder
- HORSERADISH GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE
-
2 stickbutter, unsalted
-
1/4 chorseradish
-
2 Tbspitalian parsley, finely chopped

1 Tbspgarlic , minced

1 Tbspkosher salt
-
2 tsplemon zest, minced
How To Make grilled ribeyes with horseradish garlic butter sau

1Cover steaks with olive oil, season evenly on both sides with kosher salt, fresh ground pepper, and granulated garlic. Let marinate for at least 1 hour (up to 24 hours).

2In a medium bowl, combine Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce ingredients, set aside.

3Preheat grill.

4Place steaks on a medium hot grill and cook over direct heat for 4 to 6 minutes on each side for a medium rare steak, or longer if desired. Remove from grill. To serve, place desired amount of Horseradish Garlic Butter Sauce on each steak
