Ingredients For grilled ribeye sub for the hubs

2rib eye steaks

1 Tbspall purpose greek seasoning

4 Tbspextra virgin olive oil

8 ozfresh portabello mushrooms, sliced

1 tspthyme, dried

1 mdonion, sliced

8 slicesharp provolone cheese

4 Tbspolive oil mayo
-
1/4 cfavorite steak sauce
-
2 tspsriracha hot sauce

1 lgfoccacia bread
How To Make grilled ribeye sub for the hubs

1Season steaks with 1/2 of the greek seasoning and 1 tbsp evoo

2In a heated skillet, add 2 tbsp of evoo and thyme. Saute mushrooms until golden brown

3Brush onion slices with remaining evoo and greek seasoning. Grill onions on heated skillet until soft and golden

4Grill steaks to desired doneness, let rest and slice. Place onion, mushrooms, spicy sauce and cheese on top of warm sliced steak. On a large oven proof pan, add bread halves (inside facing up) and steaks, Broil on high for 1 minute or until cheese has melted and bread is toasted.

5Build your sandwich: Slather mayo on both sides of bread, top with steak and goodies followed by the top half of bread. Cut into 4 equal sandwiches. Enjoy
