I created this burger because I just love the big grilled onion burgers at the county fair. So I just had to make one at home! You can also add an ear of corn on the cob as a side. Yummo!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

This is one of those simple hamburger recipes that pack a big punch of flavor with no need for condiments. The seasoning on the meat is perfect without overpowering the natural flavor of the meat. The cheese is nice and gooey and the caramelized onions add a hint of sweetness. We loved using the onion bun too. A super simple cheeseburger recipe.
