3 lbbeef flank steak

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

1 tspcelery salt

1 tspblack pepper

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 cred wine vinegar

1/2 cworcestershire sauce

1/2 colive oil
How To Make grilled marinated flank steak

1In a bowl, combine the red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil. Add the seasonings. Whisk to combine. Pour the marinade into a large ziploc bag.

2Add the flank steak to the bag and zip it closed. Squeeze to coat the whole steak.

3Marinate the steak for at least 4 hours. Turn halfway through. One hour prior to grilling, remove from the fridge and let come to room temperature.

4Heat the grill. Grill the steak for 5 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 minutes. Remove and let rest for 5 more minutes.

5Carve at a 45 degree angle. Serve immediately.
