1 1/2 tspmeat tenderizer

1 conion, chopped

1 clemon juice

1/2 cvegetable oil

1 tspsalt

1 tspcelery seed

1 tspdried thyme

How To Make grilled lemon and herb london broil

1Combine ingredients in a large shallow dish and coat meat on both sides. Let marinate in refrigerator for 4 to 5 hours.

2Sprinkle meat evenly with tenderizer 30 minutes prior to cooking and bring to room temperature.

3On a preheated grill cook meat 12 minutes per pound, turning for even cooking. Let meat rest about 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
