How To Make grilled jalapeno bacon double meat & cheese burger

Mince jalapeno. Remove seeds to lessen the heat if desired. Cut onion into round slices trying to keep each slice from separating. Slice tomato, and tear lettuce. Crumble bacon and slice cheese is not already sliced.

Add meat, jalapeno, crumbled bacon and spices in bowl and mix together to evenly combine ingredients.

Making the size of patties you desire, form meat into a round ball and pat together fairly well. Place on a piece of foil, place another piece of foil over top and press down with the bottom of a skillet or pan. Press to thickness desired. Since I was making a double patty burger, I made my patties between 1/4 & 1/2 " thick.
