grilled bbq meatloaf burgers
When I was last visiting my Grandsons in Florida one was requesting meatloaf while the other wanted burgers. I decided to combine the two requests and came up with this. We loved them and they were fantastic, another keeper and eaten often.

1 lbground sirloin

1/4qcu conion, finely chopped

2cloves garlic, minced

1 lgegg

1/4 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

1/2 cshredded sharp cheddar cheese

12buttery round crackers, crushed

3 Tbspbbq sauce
How To Make grilled bbq meatloaf burgers

1In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together very well by hand. Divide into 4 portions and form into patties (the sirloin does not shrink, so you get really nice thick burgers). Place on a plate and cover with plastic wrap. Place in the fridge for at least an hour before grilling. Fire up the grill to 400 degrees and grill the burgers for 6-7 minutes per side.
