This recipe is actually a casserole and came from my Mom in Law. I always tell her to make 2, cause it goes so fast!! This is on my "Yummy List"!!

Ingredients For green enchilada pie

tortilla chips

1/2 lbcheddar cheese, shredded

1 lbground beef (or ground turkey works well, too!)

2 cancream of mushroom soup

2 small cantoasted,peeled green chilies

1/2 soup canmilk
How To Make green enchilada pie

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Layer bottom of 9 x 12 pan with tortilla chips. Cover with layer of browned ground beef.

3Cover with layer of green chilies.

4Cover with layer of shredded cheese.

5Mix soups with milk and pour over layered ingredients.

6Top with more tortilla chips.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

8Cool 5 to 10 minutes before serving. Enjoy!!
