pepper to taste

1bulb fennel, chopped

8hamburger buns

1 cmayonnaise

1/4 cbread crumbs

2 lbground lamb

1 tsporegano, dried

1/2 Tbspsalt

2 Tbspminced garlic
How To Make greek burgers

1In small bowl, mix mayonnaise and minced garlic. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

2Preheat grill for high heat.

3Mix lamb, bread crumbs, fennel, shallot, oregano, and salt. Form into 3/4 thick patties and sprinkle black pepper over surfaces.

4Brush grate with oil and place burgers on grill. Cook for 3-5 minutes per side, turning once or until done. Serve on buns with garlic mayonnaise.
